A pretty blonde girl with big green eyes and very pale skin, Ras'shel is fairly tall and slender, and moves with great precision and smoothness, if not an excess of speed.  She has a fairly detached expression, as if she regards herself as somehow above the scene around her, and she projects an air of dignity and grace.  She invariably wears several pieces of jewelry, and dresses in bright, assertive contrasting colors.

She speaks with exactly as much accent as a TV news reporter, which to many people is none at all, and works to use precisely the right phrase or word, although she does not always succeed.

Ras'shel is a Hassrash; an extraterrestrial from a mysterious spacefaring and yet feudal civilization that uses both magic and technology.

Her undisguised form is surprisingly similar from the waist up, although she has small, fine scales that glitter faintly, and faint lines on her arms and the corners of her mouth.  Below the waist, however, she's quite different, having no legs at all, but rather a large serpentine tail.

She tends to smile with closed lips in her true form, but is still attractive, if you aren't the type to insist on legs that go all the way up.
