Saliq is a tall but slender young man with an aristocratic profile, olive skin, dark hair and large hazel eyes. He wears a trim goatee beard and mustache in the manner of a southerner and dresses in blue kaftan marked with arcane red patterns. He is rarely seen without his red turban - the mark of his home city.
