Burning Chrome

Name: Natalia Apnea Hrom
Shadowname: Burning Chrome

Gender: Female
Race: Elf
Age: 35
Role: Combat Hacker

Looks: 191cm, 69kg, steel-blue eyes and black hair with blood-red colored strands, almost white skin - considered exceptionally beautiful even by her own race. A good part of her body is covered by elaborate digital tattoos, which tend to vanish completely if she wishes to.

Her matrix persona has two appearances of one and the same girl in a manga looking style. One version is the battlemode, which shows the girl with brown hair and brown eyes and the other is the research mode, with grey hair and grey eyes. Her AI agent (called Rex) tends to follow her around and looks like an uglier and pierced version of Jareth the Goblin King.

Personality: In real life she tends to be suspicious of everyone who falls for her looks and not for her mind, being sarcastic and even cynical at times - though capable of cutting all distractions and be utterly professional.

Skills/Powers: Very capable combat hacker, though not really known outside Europe.

Weaknesses: She tends to get caught up in AR/VR, ignoring reality. Socially awkward and even agressive if someone pays too much attention to her looks. She had barely any RL relationships. Her best and only friend is in fact her commlink agent Rex.

Background: Was born in the slavic part the Dutchy of Pomorya and showed exceptional beauty even for her race. Being haunted by the fact that although having a incredibly high IQ, nobody seem to care about that, she decided to train her mind even more, so it would eventually outshine her looks.

After doing a successful run against Saeder-Krupp, she caught the attention of Lofwyr and recognizing her value, he took her under his wing (literally) rather than eliminating her.

She is part of his elite and he entrusts her regulary with tasks that matter to him on a personal level.

She is loyal to him and respects him not for his power, but the fact that he never seemed to make a big deal out of her looks, always making it clear that he valued her mind.
