A smaller than average man, Demarcus stands 5'4" yet appears well muscled in his athletic build at 145 lbs.  A short curly cropped mop of brown hair and thick mustache and beard cover most of his head.  Beady brown eyes and a pointed nose that seems to be sniffing the air more often than not give way to note he has his own quirky mannerisms about him.  A dark grey shirt and pants with his low cut black boots seem to resemble those worn by a dock worker.  A simple backpack is evident under his only nice piece of gear; a dark blue cloak.   The only visible weapons on him are a dagger on his left side canted forward and a hand crossbow in a holster on his right.  This leaves one to think of him as someone who could shift into a crowd and disappear easily.
