Starcrasher is slightly taller than the average pony, but not enough to stand out in a crowd. She has a blond mane reaching down to her back in length, and a tail long enough to reach her hind legs, giving her somewhat of a tomboyish appearance. She also has three freckles on each cheek, and blue eyes with a hint of green.

Personality:

Starcrasher has an optimistic personality, and has a tendency to follow her heart over the facts. This means that she can also be quite stubborn however, if she doesn't succeed at something she just keeps trying again and again and again until it works, regardless of how well the facts are stacked against her. On a more positive note, she is imaginative enough to try different things rather than just go in headfirst each and every time.

The recent events accompanying the search for her cutie mark left her a bit insecure however, but her mindset and upbringing do not allow her to stop trying to get it. Being called a 'blank flank', her own parents reminding her of the greatness of her ancestors and her own mindset ensure she cannot stop trying to get her cutie mark regardless of the amount of apparent failures stacked against her.

History:

Starcrasher was born in a family that could claim to be related to Starswirl. True enough, all the ponies in the family had a decent ability in magic, and an above average number that actually had a specialty relating to magic. She however currently holds the record for 'Most Failed Classes in a Row' despite her best efforts at the Academy, and was sent to Ponyville by her school and her parents hoping that a change of scenery might help her figure out why she was having trouble with the basics, despite the ability to cast magic definitely present within her.

- Mentor: None (though she does send letters to the Academy)
- Fears: Being unable to cast magic ever.
- Hopes: Living up to the expectations of others as well as her own.
- Quirk: Her room looks like a complete mess, but she has no trouble finding everything. Similarly, in an organized room she can't find anything and generally ends up looking all over for it, leaving the room a mess again.
