Appearance:
Princess Celestia carries herself with all the regal bearing expected of a divine ruler.  Standing more than twice the height of most Ponies, she is a radiant being that personifies the Pony concept of beauty and grace.  The Princess is rarely seen without a small accompaniment of Royal Guards at her sides.

Personality:
Despite her immortality and the struggles she has faced in her long life, Princess Celestia is not a grim or dour mare.  She dearly loves all of her subjects and does everything she can to ensure the continued happiness of all of Equestria.  Her warm, motherly nature is a boon to all Ponies, though she can sometimes become more severe when threats to her people arise.  Like any other Pony, Celestia has secrets that run deeper than any can predict.  At times, the only person she can relax around is her sister, Luna.
