Heather’s light eyes, often dancing with amusement or the ghosts of her thoughts, are the most memorable aspect of her face. Small and apparently delicate, Heather barely manages to grace the diminutive height of 5’3”. Her fair, strawberry blonde hair often floats chaotically around her face, the gentle curls framing her soft features. Wisps of bangs often fall into her eyes as she thinks and her straight white teeth fit evenly in her mouth. Weighing in at just over 130 pounds, Heather is not an intimidating presence and does not seem to do anything to contradict this perception. Her voice, light and peaceful, is often the calming presence amidst the arguments that may break out in the course of her day-to-day work.

Personality:
Heather is a calm presence, oftentimes the only one in the midst of the chaos she lives in. Her quiet personality almost dares her companions to argue with her when she’s finally had her say in the matter. Heather is intelligent yet this young woman has taken on a mild-mannered job and lifestyle, rarely electing to engage in confrontation. Surprisingly, she is almost always in a good mood, often leading other to mistakenly perceive her as naive.

Biography:
Memories of her past exist like wisps of smoke, sometimes clear and easy to see but more often hazy and fleeting. Sometimes there are flashes of light, sometimes the screech of tires or the kind face of a scared rookie police officer. Rarely do the details come fully or clearly to her other than an occasional nightmare or two.

Raised by her mother's older sister, a strict and severe woman who did not put up with nonsense, Heather was always a quiet child who minded her own business. She did not start trouble or cause problems, often too worried about her aunt's reaction to even toe the line of potentially inappropriate behavior Instead, Heather focused on making her aunt proud, something she believed, in turn, would've made her parents proud had they not died so long ago.

Following her high school graduation, Heather attended a small, private university with almost no idea what she wanted to do with her life. So instead she settled for taking a plethora of courses, eventually cobbling together enough of a focus to earn her degree and start working.


Skills:
1. Organization - because of her job and her upbringing, Heather is almost meticulously organized when it comes to the different facets of her life. It is a large part of the reason why she makes such a good assistant.
2. Skilled writer - thanks to hours spent working on press releases, emails, and inter-office memos for her bosses, Heather has developed a strong set of writing skills.

2. Although Heather is trim, she is not overtly athletic. Her small stature is genetic and she most likely could have excelled in sports if she'd been given the chance but her aunt's strict rules kept her focus on learning instead.
