Appearance: Standing at 6’3”, Ethan is a muscular and athletic build. Years of swimming and baseball has kept him fit. Dusty, blond hair falls into deep, blue eyes that rarely smile and a stern, darkened expression. He’s always dressed simply, even in the days before the world got to be the way it is now. Often time, he sports a t-shirt, worn jeans, a puma sports jacket and a leather knapsack. Overall, he’s a handsome man, despite his simplicity and resting asshole face.

Personality: Ethan has always been the quiet, passionate type. He’s an introvert, often times observing people and their interactions rather than taking part. He is not easy to get to know and has no intention of changing any of that any time soon. But, despite his standoffishness, Ethan is a caring man. He has a loyal heart and loves the people around him deeply. He has never been book smart, but what he’s always been street smart. He’s able to detect bullshit from a mile away; it is not easy to pull the veil over his eyes.

Background: Ethan James Walker was the first born child and only son to Mary-Ellen and Steven Walker. His mother was a third grade teacher and the type of mother that double checked her children’s lunches before they went off to school, helped them with their homework and cut the crusts off their sandwiches. Their father, Steven, was an army vet who had joined the police academy after returning from service. Eventually, he became a lieutenant and a well-respected member of the community.

Growing up, Ethan was active. His family went on hunting trips on weekends and he was heavily involved in sports. In high school, he was a varsity baseball player and went to college on a scholarship. After college, he was immediately drafted to minor league baseball and moved a couple of hours away from his family. He was there when everything happened.

Now, he’s on the road, looking for his mother, father, and little sister, Leah.

Skills:
-Shooting. Ethan has been shooting guns since he was 12 years old. His father also made sure that he and his sister got conceal carry licenses when they were of age.
-Hunting. Same thing, though he isn’t magnificent at it.
-Swinging a bat. This goes without saying.
