Arakar Drogh

Arakar is a pleasant, though not traditionally handsome looking adult man who is approaching middle age. He has a flamboyance, a quick, humorous wit as well as an aura of wisdom in his face and eyes that seems beyond the norm. He is human by all appearances, with light skin, curly shoulder length reddish hair and close beard, a broad face, sharp nose and pointed chin. His features and bearing speak of an upper class upbringing, as does his speech, his pleasant voice enunciating words succinctly with the vocabulary of a scholar.

He is richly dressed in a short tunic over a shirt and vest and full length breeches, low boots, a stout belt and, if the weather suggests it, a flowing full cloak and hat. He carries a smooth walking stick of dark wood with an ivory bulb bearing a symbol of some sort upon it, a stylized winged scarab carved in an opal stone with an eye on its back. His clothing is exceptionally well made, rich in the quality of the fabric and tailored to perfection. It is clearly some sort of style of dress that more civilized worlds tend to develop, having an almost ceremonial appearance. The clothing is clearly for a noble or at the least a wealthy man. He likewise carries jewelry prominent on his fingers, his neck, his wrists and his vest lapels as well as a chained brooch for his cloak, all made of an untarnished silvery metal, perhaps platinum, chased with gold and set with a variety of colored stones, all the pieces being mystic symbols of one sort or another with the winged scarab and mystic eye being seen often.

Arakar is as well groomed as his clothing is well made, his beard is trimmed to perfection and his well combed curly hair stays in place, at least at the start of the day.
His dress, on occasions that call for it, includes an armored coat that is richly embroidered to match his clothing, but just as often he has nothing more than his cane, an ornate silver handled belt knife and a finely crafted leather satchel to accompany him.

Arakar seems taller than he is, at barely over five and a half feet tall even in his boots many men and some women stand taller than he, but his station, flamboyance and charismatic presence adds height in people minds.

Arakar is accompanied by two tiny creatures that seem mechanical, a golden scarab like creature (sometimes travelling on his belt where it appears a buckle) and a brass ball about the size of a head with wings, two arms and a single eye, who is often fluttering or perched within arms reach of him.
