Angler is a funny looking man, but he's not unattractive. Instead, it is simply as if he is constantly portraying himself with a humorous air. He twirls his mustache in the funniest way and leaves a strip of beard beneath his chin in a way that is uncommon and quirky. But strangest of all are the clothes that Angler wears. They are of the strangest fashion and no one seems to know where they come from.

Angler is one of The Silk Queen's Prefects, but he acts more as a diplomat than a ruler of any sort. He is not prone to showing off his magic talents in the grandiose way that most potent magic users are, instead opting to be known a bit better for his more mundane talents. Angler is one of the better liked Prefects, often being a symbol of peace from the Empire of Webs.
