The commanding officer of the 7th Company, Bouncer is a hard man to understand. At times he seems genuinely concerned for the well being of others, and at other times he seems colder then ice when dealing with people's lives. Whatever the case, he is an excellent tactician, and knowledgeable on many aspects of war. He is actually considered an expert on population pacification, and its opposite of insurgant warfare.
