Bleys is one of those rare people who hide their weaknesses so well that he seems not to have any.  He is an accomplished warrior and strategist, a passable sorcerer and an able statesman.  He is almost always smiling or laughing and his laughter can be infectious.

Although Random's reign wasn't exactly what he had planned, he accepted a position as ambassador to some potential new additions to the Golden Circle, and has been spending most of his time traveling through those Shadows.  If he has a deeper agenda, he isn't sharing.
