Billy Laser Fist

William Lesueur-Fische is a man it is not hard to learn about.  Even before hitting Registry, the Archive lists a number of articles tied to his name, noting miraculous recoveries and gruesome circumstances.  Braebook and other social media outlets each have a lovingly cared for and regularly updated page dedicated to him and updated at least daily, until about two years ago when much of the activity suddenly stopped, with only sporadic and somewhat mysterious updates recently.  Each of them go back as far as his early teen years and all of them make two things abundantly clear:
1) He is rich.  The more recent postings show his "new space station" and "kinda small capital ship."
2) He is crazy.  His most recent activity reports "being a secret agent" for a year and plans of meeting aliens. Somewhat strangely, the source of his fortune is harder to pin down, and while information on the rest of the Lesueur-Fische family is readily available, none of it is nearly as forthcoming as Billy's dazzling digital footprint.

His father is listed as the CEO or COO of apparently hundreds of small companies throughout the years, most of which have been bought out, or incorporated by another company that also lists him as an executive in a convoluted daisy-chain of money that goes on for years.

His mother has a number of academic and medical papers to her name, as well as at least one hospital, but all of it drowns out any information on her current employment.

Two siblings are listed as each making impressive splashes in the business world, with Braeburn, SAGE, and ACE all wanting to acquire them as rising talent, but again their current status is difficult to dig out.

Billy appears to simply be the leeching excess to his family's fortune of pure success.  Willing to literally throw himself at whatever catches his fancy.  In person his hair is gelled in place, his clothes fit loosely and frequently look day-old, and his attitude generally ranges from flippant to bored with an underlying understanding that he'll get his way.
