Rise of the Hegemony has you shape and guide a lost human colony during their first steps into stellar travel and beyond. You take the role of a council-member, propose, discuss and debate budgets for five year periods, enact your plans and sit back to watch them unfold for good or ill. Final budgets will be handled by a vote, so diplomacy between players is necessarily encouraged. The fate of Billions rests in your hands.
