Oswald Weiss is the Malkavian elder of West Berlin and he is also a member of of the Primogen. Weiss organized the coming of Malkavian in Berlin after World War I. Weiss is a young man of twenty with streight long hairs dressed in patched clothes. He often smiles, but just to be very ironic and aggressive in his comments. He is known to be very polemical in the Primogens meetings. Other Kindred often complain about his comments, which are retorical and do not propose alternatives. Weiss criticizes Berlin rulers for their inability to avoid wars and massacres in the past. He claims for the Eastern and Western Malkavian to finally reunite in peace but at the same time he does not trust the other Kindred of the East. Besides his polemical attitude, Weiss does not show any paticular mental instability. This Malkavian seems to retain control of his inner world during most social interactions. Althought Weiis looks like a confusing and disorganized person, sometimes is a meditative and thoughtful person. Too bad that his reflections are often incostruttive, defeatist and aimed to criticize anything. It seems that Wilhelm included him within the Primogens to exploit his critical attitude capable of highlithing issues that otherwise would remain unsolved.
