Wilhelm is the Prince of West Berlin. Gustav was his sire. He is the son that ousted the despotic father to enstabilish a more liberal regime. He looks like a person willing to listen to everybody. He is known to solve conflicts through compromise, often finding the best way forward. A great deal of the financial success of the west city is due to Wilhelm political ability and belief in modernization. Wilhelm mantains friendly relations with every Kindred he encounters. His influence is astonishing. Wilhelm treats everybody with kindness, politeness and respect, with his smiling face, as if everyone's problems were also his, showing almost a paternalistic interest for every Kindred, no matter which clan. Wilhelm is a great listener and never fails to take into account everyone´s opinion before taking the last decision. While most of the clans seem to have remained neutral in the Berlin cold war, many seem to confide and support Wilhelm. The largest problem facing the prince is what to do about the city security and how to deal with the new political situation when the Wall falls. Wilhelm is also the main articulator of the construction of a united and democratic Germany.
