Ellison is the city´s Nosferatu elder. West Berlin accepts the Nosferatu like no other European city does. The Kindred have no choice in the matter. Nothing can go over the wall except some information. The elders know that Ellison occasionally manages to get information from the East side. Kindred suspect he has access to some areas of East Berlin. Based on these advantages, Ellison gained the seat of Primogen. He came to Berlin before World War II and asked Gustav if he could remain. Gustav would have denied him had it not been for Wilhelm. Ellison has dark blue skin and warts that grow all over his body. His eyes seem to look in two different direction at once. His left arm looks as though it was melted wax. His legs are also of two separate lengths.

Ellison is a man of few words, but those few words he says have aleays a huge importance. His facial expression is always neutral, as he had learned that such a neutrality is the best way not to let others understand his intentions. Everyone knows that Ellison knows everything and many know that this great power is fortunately accompanied by a great sense of responsibility and faculty of judgment.
