Khulai is a Polish Ravnos who lives in the abandoned school of the Marzhan district. He is a blond, blond man with blue eyes, often nervous and irascible. He lives with the gypsies and is responsible for smuggling all kinds of objects for the Marzhan community. He has great sense of business, loves beautiful clothes and beautiful cars. He tries to promote drug trafficking in the Marzhan secretly, althought Soren and Lydia don´t approve that. He arrived in East Berlin with a caravan of nomads coming from Poland.
