Otto has dark brown hair, worn at shoulder length, a goatee beard and piercing blue eyes. He is naturally pale and cultivates the image by staying out of the sun. Though not tall he is relatively good shape and prefers dark, trim clothing. He wears a silver charm on a chain around his neck which he toys with in moments of personal distraction.

His voice is normally calm and collected, even emotionless, though faint traces of a Wolfenburg accent can be detected - traces that become much stronger in times of high emotion.
