Kim Xuan is a Korean singer who performs on the convention circuit (Fame 2: Fandom, Enchanting Voice).  She has a couple of CDs out, mostly covers of songs from popular anime and game series, the occasional J-Pop or K-Pop or Whatever-Pop hit, and the very rare original composition.

Kim's cosplay tends to be varied; she doesn't stick to any one genre or medium when picking her outfits.  She is perfectly comfortable with her appearance and sex appeal, but she is smart about her cosplay, saving the more revealing or provocative outfits for cons with a better reputation for zero-tolerance harassment policies and proactive security staff.  Kim is a beautiful woman, with a smooth golden complexion and warm amber eyes.  Her hair is worn in a stylish pixie cut, often highlighted dramatically.  Even when she isn't cosplaying, she favors fun, bright makeup.  Her features are very distinct, and she is easy to recognize even in a wig and full face of makeup (Appearance 4: Unforgettable Face).

Although she is genuinely talented, Kim's popularity is bolstered by her attitude toward her fans, which is generous and friendly.  She is always happy to chat, pose for pictures, sing an impromptu verse or two, whatever her fans want from her.  She has a gift for putting people at ease and making them feel good (Charisma 4: Gracious).
