Skinless K stands about six and a half feet tall, and has a slight build that makes it impossible to tell if they are a man or a woman. They completely lack secondary sexual characteristics. There are no breasts or Adam's Apple, their hips and shoulders seem to walk the line of androgyny, falling on neither side. Their voice is devoid of either masculine or feminine tones. The best anyone can tell is that K is probably a person. Their skin has an inhuman texture, looking more like it belongs on a Jem'hadar, and they have sharp bone spikes jutting from the major joints, shoulders, knees, elbows, etc.

K is a budding Noddist scholar who follows the Path of Caine and serves as priest of the Fear of the Dark pack. Since their embrace, K has refused to identify with a specific gender or sex, going so far as to erase all sign of the physical sexual characteristics they had in life through repeated use of Vicissitude. K has claimed that this is part of their effort to distance themselves from their forsaken humanity.

The Fear of the Dark Vaulderie chalice:

The cup appeared to be made entirely out of bone and showed none of the signs of having been carved. Each of the pieces were molded to the others seamlessly, and yet individually distinct. The cup was tall and narrow, supported by four ribs which connected to the stem and jutted up over the lip forming spikes. The stem appeared to have been formed from several vertebrae and the base from a single piece of bone. To each of the faces and the surface of the base had been added carvings. They were all different, likely signifying the individual members of the pack in some way.
