Connie appears to be an older woman about 50 years old. She looks much like a 1960's housewife, with the same hairstyle, graying hair, and glasses and a preference for the kind of dresses your grandma is wearing in church photos. She gave up thumping bibles ages ago and prefers instead to thump the skulls of anyone who stands in the way of the advancement of either herself or her patron.

What was once a kind woman who wrote and performed her own brand of folk music, accompanying herself with the guitar, has been replaced by something unwholesome. There are whispers that her mind is gone, or that she could snap at any moment and these serve mostly to help younger Cainites toe the line when she is around.

She has served as a lesson in false appearances for many fools in her day. She has a soft voice and a sweet demeanor, but she does not hold truck with foolishness, time wasting, or morons. She is known in the area as a Templar in the service of the local Bishop as well as an adherent to the Path of Power and the Inner Voice.
