PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Tall and angular with skin the color of azurite and eyes like lapis. He wears his jetblack hair short at the top and shaved at the sides, and grows no beard or other visible body hair. Rill prefers a heavy leather overcoat which he wears atop a slightly battered chainshirt.




PROFILE:
Nothing is perfect. Every imperfection is a chance for improvement, and progress is an endless march toward a state of perfection that can never be reached. This is the Vedalken mindset, and Rill is no exception. Cool and rational, he keeps his emotions close to his breast and plans well ahead where he can.

BACKGROUND:
Prior to arriving in Tel'Adar Rill was a promising civil engineer and troubleshooter for Ravinca's Izzet League.
