Virion Westfall was a High Elf standing at five feet and eight or nine inches tall.  He is slightly built even by elvish standards, but he obviously possesses a runner's build: compact muscles meant for speed and endurance rather than heavy lifting.  Sharp blue eyes are set beneath a thin, arching brows.  Virion's nose is long and a bit pointed, and his mouth seems to be set in a perpetual frown.  His features are soft for an elf and he could easily be mistaken for a Half-Elf though he is of pure lineage.  His silver blonde hair is cut long in various layers and flows to his shoulders in a fashionably regal mane.

Virion prefers muted shades of red, white, brown, and gold for his attire.  A billowy white shirt and tailored brown breeches.  Soft brown boots with gold buckles are on his feet, and a wide red belt with gold chain centers his outfit.  A gilded sheathe hangs from his belt and holds a functional dagger.  The belt also has some gold clasped pockets to hold certain items ready to hand. Finally, a hooded, red mantle completes his typical attire.  At court, Virion wears a similar outfit made from finer materials and done in his house colors of blue, grey, and silver.  His court attire matches him rather better than his favored colors, but those tones just aren't nearly as fashionable in high society these days.
