Physical Description: Victor is not an imposing figure in the slightest. He stands at six foot even, and is on the lankier side of body build. It isn't that he lacks muscle structure, but the over-all shape of his body is not bulky.

He has pleasant facial features which include a nice squared jawline and relatively full lips that are almost always locked in a smile. One might note that his teeth are not one hundred percent pristine. That almost adds to the boyish like charm that he radiates to those around him. He is the type to be perpetually baby-faced, and is often asked if he is younger than what he actually is.

Thick, round black glasses are constantly perched upon his nose. At times the existence of the spectacles upon his face take away from the fact that he has dark green eyes. His hair is naturally black, thus making for a unique color combination between them. His hair is not too long, nor too short, falling to his ears when it's not adequately styled with minimal styling product.

In terms of clothing, he is rather eclectic in his tastes. One would suppose that he dresses more casual than anything, but he is known to pair a dress button down shirt with a vest and a pair of skinny jeans. He simply wears what he finds comfortable and appealing to his own personal tastes. He isn't a fashion king, and truthfully doesn't care of his sense of style attracts anyone or not.

Distinguishing Marks: He is lacking any sort of tattoos or piercings upon his persons. He does have a birthmark on his left thigh that is about the size of a dime and is a pale brown in shade, and circular.

Personality:


[*] He is an extremely disorganized person. He struggles with keeping things in his home and work environment straight. For as neat as he appears visually, he is far from it elsewhere.

[*] He is quite adaptable in many situations.

[*] He is known to be quite a potty mouth. It seems so natural to drop F-bombs, and more than likely censors are going to have a field day with him.

[*] He is pretty intuitive when it comes to other people and understanding their unspoken emotions, for the most part. He isn't a psychic or anything.

[*] He has a pretty awesome sense of humor, and can find most jokes to be hilarious. The punny bone is strong with this one, humerus he is.

[*] Given his job, and the nature of it, he is quite the night owl as a lot of activity in his field takes place in darkness. It all depends on the genus, be he, as a human adapted to this and rather enjoys being up until the wee hours of the morn.

[*] He loves learning about new things. He finds them fascinating. Even if it something that typically wouldn't strike his fancy, if he hasn't heard of it or experienced before, he is game to do it, or hear it. To go arm in arm with this trait is one of curiosity. Self explanatory. Everything new is fascinating. People. Conversations. Movies. Music. All of it.

[*] He is open-minded about people. He is pretty accepting of everyone, and all of their beliefs. He himself is not a religious man, but he will not put another person down for what they believe or how they live. Ultimately it isn't his body, choice, or anything along that lines, so he figures people will be who and what they want to be.

[*] He can be a bit introverted. Despite a lot of interest in people, he can keep to himself especially if he is working on something. He can get a bit moody and or withdrawn from people.


Back Ground: Victor was born to loving parents. Michelle and Brenton Ridgewell. They had been high school sweet hearts who wed shortly after their graduation. Brenton worked at a local factory to support the young married couple, and it wasn't too long before Michelle was pregnant with their first born child, a boy, in whom they named Victor.

From a relatively young age, Victor seemed to show certain signs of brightness. He reached milestones fairly quickly and could actually read his first book by the age of three. Of course it was one of those children books, but a huge deal with how most kids are today. Even his siblings didn't show the same ability that he did. Victor has two other siblings. A brother Ryan, and a sister Gretchen. Gretchen is the middle child and Ryan is the youngest of them all, though their age gap is less than a year and a half apart.

When it came to school, Victor excelled, greatly. He was even skipped up a few grades, thus was able to go to college and get his Ph.D had such a young age, in the field of Mycology. Growing up in this particular town in Pennsylvania influenced his decision heavily on why he picked that field. Kennett Square produces half the countries edible fungi. That was something that always fascinated him, and he decided before was out of elementary school that is what he was going to do with his life, and he did just that.

His job is amazing to him. He works closely with a company called Creekmoore, which is a huge mushroom production company, to help fight off disease on fungi that are being grown underground. He has to travel in abandoned tunnels, and mines as those are the best places that utilize the dampness and low lights to keep the crop growing on schedule. He works not only to keep diseases away, but also studies ways to keep them at bay without having to use harsh chemicals that can negatively effect humans and surrounding vegetation. Even in controlled environments there are particulates that can still travel out on clothing and what not, and have the potential to poison the ground that the host comes in contact with. He seeks to figure out a way to help everything in the equation. Environmental and consumption are things that go hand in hand, and he wants to better it all.

Likes: Mushrooms. The dark. Warm Cider. Cold Beer. Food. He is a biiiig foodie.

Dislikes: People who are stuck up about mushrooms. Those who hate the dark. He doesn't like white chocolate. He isn't fond of Brussels sprouts either.

Strengths: He is smart, and adaptable to many situations. He is charming, and funny when he is around others.

Weaknesses: He can keep things to himself, being slightly introverted. He doesn't really believe in luck, and thus clashes with people sometimes who are like that. He isn't superstitious either and cringes when people say silly things about that as well.

Fears: His biggest fear is rejection. Everyone has that fear. For him, it is on an intellectual level. People disproving his theories or making him second guess himself. He is not entirely self-confident, and things like that can weigh heavily on him.

Fun Facts: The whole reason that he is on the show is for one simple reason. His colleagues and those closest to him have noticed that he really doesn't date a lot. Or... at all. Sure he has female friends but no one has seen him even hold someone's hand before. When he was asked about it, he revealed that he's actually a virgin. I mean come on! He worked hard in his youth and didn't have time to stop and think about girls. He had more of an interest in his education. Now that he has that, maybe his friends are right that it's time to give it a go.

He has a Maltese named Tinkerbell.

He can name almost every species of edible mushroom by genus and even describe the difference in texture and flavor.

The Perfect Guy/Girl for You: Really anyone who is willing to learn and grow with him. Someone who can find him funny, and be funny in return. Someone who won't take offense when he gets analytical or acts too smart for his own good.
