GURPS 4E: Time Corps
A variation of the "stock" campaign setting, Time Corps focuses on an organization outside of time that recruits people from through out time that are exceptional, but somehow got missed by history. This allows them to leave their times and help preserve the time line.

Several enemies exist to keep the Time Corps on their toes, trying to manipulate the time stream to their advantage.

Characters will start with between 100-150 character points with a max of 75 pts in disadvantages.  The starting points will be determined by the character concept and how well it is presented/supported in the RTJ/follow up conversations. A fuller developed character concept with a good hook or two will gain you more points.
