This is a freeform game, set in a homebrew superhero setting. The game is set in a pleasant north Californian town called Trinity Falls. It is built to service a massive R&D complex owned by the Croesus Corporation. Most people in town are either employees or contractors for Croesus Corp, or have family members who are. Some small service industries are independently run, or part of larger national chains, but everything is vetted by Croesus corp and the town charter explicitly defines the town as a corporate holding, with municipal planning in the sole hands of Croesus employees. Though formally a medical research facility, the true object of the research at Trinity Falls is to imbue normal people with superhuman abilities.
