LCDR Victor Vargas (N7 Marine)

Name: Victor Vargas

Nickname: DV, DeeVee, Double V, The Biotic Blade

Species/Ethnicity: Human/Spaniard

Class: Biotic/Vanguard/Slayer(The First N7 Slayer)

Weaponry: M-22 Eviscerator, M-12 Locust, M-96 Matlock, Biotic Saber, His Own GD Fists

Appearance: Vic "DV" Vargas is a tall and muscular trooper, with broad shoulders and powerful arms and legs. His musculature is too well distributed to be considered bulky. He's a streamlined organic machine, appearing as if the God he very much believes in designed him as much for speed as for strength. He's got that dark, mediterranean color typical of spaniards, and neatly cut short dark hair.

Hobbies: He enjoys cooking and prefers working with fresh, raw and natural ingredients whenever possible. He is extremely talented with an acoustic guitar and as just about any of his many ex-girlfriends can tell you, he has a singing voice that can make any girl melt.

Biography/Career Highlights: Vargas comes from an old money family on earth, but they're well known for being active in industry, politics, and military service. Vargas graduated at the top of his Ascension class and was recruited almost immediately by the N7 Program. Before even completing N7 he had already created the beginning of what would eventually become the N7 Slayer Program.

He went to Rio to build and refine a more 'teachable' version of the Slayer Training Regimen so that these highly lethal biotic warriors could become the newest weapon in the arsenal of the Alliance military. This accomplishment is rumored to have earned his name a very high spot on the shortlist for Spectre candidates. His career took a hit when he took an extended leave right after learning his sister and ex-girlfriend were abducted on a pleasure cruise by a 'rogue' Blue Sun splinter group.

During the course of that year a sword-wielding Vanguard is rumored to have single handedly dismantled numerous Blue Sun operations across the galaxy. Refusing to be seen as weak the Blue Suns themselves dismiss 'The Biotic Blade' as nothing but a galactic myth.
