The Miss Moneypenny of the New Orleans Kiss, Ms. Shelley is normally professionally pleasant and efficient but can turn into a veritable brick wall when protecting the Master of the City from being unnecessarily bothered.  She was a fixture in the San Francisco Kiss for the last two hundred years, serving in her capacity as secretary for the last four MotCs.  She only relocated to New Orleans at the behest of Viktor, her most recent Master.
