Appearance
Oscar looks quiet. It's not an easy trick to manage, and it doesn't at all seem intentional. Mostly, it has to do with the lack of attention he reflects back at most onlookers. (Pack is an exception to this.) He's lived in a way that's made his body hard, but it seems somehow neglected, as if it's the body that remembers it's hard rather than the person inhabiting it. When a person bothers to really look at him, they'll see a man of about 5' 11", dirty blond hair in some state of disarray and often two or three days removed from a shave. He's got a few tattoos: a simple sugar skull on his left shoulder and a naked woman sitting in a crescent moon on his right shoulder. His eyes are brown and usually seem to focus on a spot about two meters behind the person he's pointing his face at.

To lukoi, he's both more and less strange. His wolf is rangy thing that seems somehow eager for commands, though some have discovered to their chagrin that wanting direction is not precisely the same thing as submission.

Temperament
Oscar's prone to fits of emotion, though these are becoming less common. He seems eager enough to please, though the cognitive deficits he suffers keep him from sustaining a conversation long enough to convey much sense of personality or interest.
