The Vietnam veteran with a stern voice and a military demeanor, Mr. Magruder is tough and possibly crazy. Rumor has it he has some machine guns in his house and that he has super-dooper radar equipment and a security system that detects pranksters trespassing.

Some of the neighbors think that the War made him crazy. Even adults say that so it must be true.
