Jacob Davidovitch, aka Chimp-Man-Z, is an easily recognizable person.  Almost every inch of his body, except much of his simian-like face, his palms and the palmside of his fingers (thinning and stopping at the first knuckle), and the bottoms of his prehensile (hand-like) feet, the underside of his tail, and, well, he's Jewish, is covered by human hair so thick that it resembles fur of a one to two inch length.  His hair, which he tries but often fails to keep neatly brushed, is mostly black, with red and brown highlights, and he has intense and expressive, round-shaped, brown eyes that often seem to be smiling all on their own from either side of his wide, flat nose.  When he does smile, he is careful to not reveal his sharp fangs because they often frighten people.  His movements are relaxed and graceful, until it is time to spring into action.
Forget all that.  He still has the nine foot prehensile tail with pads for gripping on the underside, the prehensile feet, and the powerful jaws and sharp teeth.  But, now, thanks to being the ground zero for the detonation of a strange biological and radiological explosive device, he has mutated further.  He has lost all of his body hair, revealing a rather movie-star handsome face.  Where his actual excellent body tone and definition had been hidden by excessive amounts of body hair, his definition is obvious now.  Where he had once been slender, he is now thicker, bulkier, but not excessively so.  His once grayish appearing skin now has a normal, slightly tanned, caucasian skin color.  And, he has greater strength than ever before.  Now, he has to deal with the ramifications of these physical changes....
He is almost always seen in t-shirts and slacks or jeans and sporting his specially made sneakers; he never seems to get hot or cold, or ever really bothered by the weather in general.
He is kind and compassionate, quick with a grin, and playful.  Ever the optimist, he seems to always have faith that things will work out in the end.  He has used his former circus star-rising status to help with charities and those in need, making himself more of a celebrity locally than he the curiosity he initially was.
