Krayd "the Butcher" Mulligan is dressed in Plate Armor and carries a pair of hand axes around.  His eyes constantly roam about as if he really, really wants to find something to chop.  He carries a 10' pole.

Postue is a young man with an "Elvish look about him".  He dresses in earth tones, carries a bow and long sword on his back, but what makes him stick out is the sweet Bear hide Leather armor he's wearing.

Wolfgrim is an Elven warrior dressed in Plate armor with an open-faced wolf helm.  His demeanor matches his name.

Cyrus von Styker wears thick red robes and a broad brimmed red hat. Upon his chest is pinned a brooch depicting a sword cleaving an anvil: the Sigil of House von Stryker.  Besides a set of daggers he appears unarmed.

Brother Martel, Devotee of the Sun is kitted out in a Plate Armor under yellow robes and brandishes a large shield depicting a large sunburst. He carries a war hammer on a thong at his wrist and wears a necklace depicting a sunburst that matches his shield.

Zed Beardface is a Dwarf of little brain and much beard.  Bushels of red hair spill out from the neck of his plate armor with beady eyes buried in the hirsute mass.  He wields a Broad Sword and a shield that is decorated with a leering Dwarf-face that looks similar to Zed -the symbol of the much maligned Beardface Clan.  Catch Phrase "Into the Barrel of Inky Blackness with you!"

Kane and Kano Sprigganborn, usually known as "The Twins", are powerfully built, but somewhat hunchbacked.  They are bald and almost grey-skinned with ugly old man faces.  They wear green robes over Plate Armor and brandish shields and flails.  On their chest are large necklaces made of emerald, obsidian and quartz: the symbol of the Gods of Earth and Stone.

Boot Hill:

Melaris is armed with bow and sword and armored with a Chain hauberk.  Besides the outward signs of being a war-like Elf, he's rather cultured and urbane. Melaris tried to help with the scouting now he's feeding the worms (literally and figuratively)

Yor (sometimes called "The Snore") is a young Human wearing green robes covered with Moons, Suns and Stars.  He is laden down with belt pouches and, besides a dagger, appears to be only armed with a pointy hat.  He carries a 10' pole. Yor's life was stolen by the bite of a Robber Fly.

Rupert "Runt" Runion is short.  Really, short.  Like, he might be mistaken for a Dwarf, short, but he lacks a beard.  He wears Plate Armor, a pair of curved short swords at his waist and a large sledgehammer is strapped to his back. He carries a 10' pole. Runt died from falling from a stairway that violated all known safety codes.

Renn Darkmantle is a tall, unusually sober looking Elf bearing a bow, a short sword and draped in a black mourner's cloak over scale armor. Renn died falling into a pit.

Edward Cross has a rakish smile and the fashionable clothes to match including a hat many, many parrots met their end to decorate.  Cross sticks out in any crowd and draws women like moths to flame.  He wears a cutlass at his side which he wears with casual ease.  Cross was mauled by bears.
