Captain Atom is an alien princess from the Morlaidhan microversal empire. She is the daughter of Ray Palmer of Earth and Princess Laethwen of Morlaidhan. Favoring her mother, Rae is a beautiful woman with bright yellow skin and red eyes.

Rae Palmer recently appeared on Earth wearing a suit of armor powered by an advanced White Dwarf Engine. Now able to manipulate dimensions of space, size, and mass, Rae has taken up her birthright as Captain Atom!
