Sweeney is five foot five and one hundred thirty-five pounds on a slim and somewhat malnourished frame. She prefers jeans and a t-shirt underneath a hoodie with her long brown hair pulled back from her face. Unlike other Forsaken she has a controlled air about her and is ever watchful of the people around her. Her guarded expression only softens around her pack and only fully falls away when they are alone.

Her Urshal and Urhan forms share her general look, slim with brown fur and watchful eyes. Within the spirit realm her body is covered with the brands of her renown, proclaiming her as a cunning and glorious Forsaken with the wisdom to know how to use it. Within the spirit world her totem Murder-of-Words sits on her shoulder whispering secrets and wisdom to her.
