Vidar son of Fror is a stocky and muscular Dwarf, with broad shoulders and a barrel chest.  His coal black hair is kept short, while his beard is luxuriously thick and neatly braided with bronze ringed caps on the ends of each braided.  Deep emerald green eyes glare intelligently from beneath the thick black brows on his craggy featured face.
  When not in his heavy mail armor, he typical dresses in dark brown pants and heavy hobnailed boots, with a dark readf tunic and thick, black leather belt with black leather belt pouch.
    When armored, his heavy chain mail is a dull gray patina, while he wields a warhammer and great shield.  A stout scimitar and dagger are slung at his hip.  A thick, black leather balderic over his heavy mail can also secure his warhammer, when necessary
