Kubra is one of the very few initiates not from Zaebus Minoris accepted into the Red Scorpions since the Ordon Crusade. He was claimed as an infant from a cargo ship boarded during anti-piracy actions.

He is thin by Astartes standards but lean and hard as a bull whip. Hit's hard to tell if his face is scowling or simply set with a particularly grim kind of determination.

While he is an Astartes he has been assigned scout duties due to the 10th Company being understrength.
