The first tattoo is that of a dark cloud with lightning protruding from it. The second tattoo Jeffery has is a snake eating its own tail.

Personality: Jeffery is a man who can be very kind and calm as well as savage and rough. He is normally kind and caring. Jeffery usually keeps his emotions in check and stays calm nearly all the time. His is passionate and cares about his community. When he is angered though Jeffery can be cruel to those who anger him. Overall Jeffery is a good man and cares about his family, friends, and community.

Command Weather- Jeffery can control the weather through either focus or his emotions. Though he tends to leave the weather alone most of the time.
