Celtic is a young man of 21.  He stands 5' 7" with a slightly stocky build.  His shock of red hair is typically well groomed, and he usually does not wear facial hair.  his green eyes stand out against the pale skin on his face.

Typically Celtic doesn't carry a lot of equipment.  He has taken to wearing his reflex armor under jeans and a long sleeve cotton t-shirt.  Usually he prefers darker colors like maroon or a deep purple.  If the weather gets colder, he likes to evoke the 90's with flannel shirts.

Celtic usually carries a fanny pack with whatever gear he needs in it (usually his reflex face mask, gloves, and skullcap).  Sometimes people poke fun at him for that, but he doesn't care.  He usually carries more than his jeans will hold, and it's useful for keeping things on his person but out of the way.

Regardless of whether it's day or night, Celtic usually wears his sunglasses and communications earpiece.  He likes to keep tabs on the room through his HUD, and maintain communication with his brother Ronin.

When the jobs get serious, Celtic will usually wear a sonic screamer in a shoulder holster under his left shoulder.  A small first aid kit normally clips on to the fanny pack belt.  He has a personal computer that he carries in a small custom backpack for any computer work he has to do in the field.  Nothing else changes that people can see.
