The man looks to be in his thirties, and has a rugged and unkempt appearance at first, that comes off more as grizzled
as one gets closer. His features are handsome, despite the rough edges with notably bright eyes. His hair is worn long, shaved underneath
and tied into a knot that travels down to the upper spine and his thick-set square face is framed by a dirty blonde beard with straight hair.

Physically he's imposing, while not exceptionally tall, he is certainly above average (6'4) and probably as wide. The thickness of his arms, legs
and torso distinguish him from most people he stands adjacent.

Ulf's demeanour is, at first meeting, serious and dour given his laconic attitude to conversations involving business but after a short time
his wit comes through as dry and cynical. Despite any first impressions, and as a hammer blow to them also, he is quick to smile and take pleasures where he can.
