Minerva is quirky and mentally unstable. She is preciously beautiful, with the sort of features that old masters would tear an ear off to paint. If an angel took human form, it would look like Minerva. She is small, under five feet, with the softness that was popular for a woman of her century. She is not hard angles, but all softness, with rounded belly, and curvy figure. She is the perfect size to tuck into a backpack and carry off - if only she didn't have the unpredictable temperament of a honey badger.

Wide eyes stare out blindly, devoid of pupils- but so dazzling. They seem almost like faceted sapphires. Pale, long lashes flutter against softly flushed cheeks. Her brother makes sure that she has her make-up done, and likes to go for a delicate touch.

Her fangs seem rather useless for biting, and she doesn't seem very interested in sucking anyone's blood. The fangs are rather tiny, almost seeming like prominent eye-teeth rather than fangs.

She wears odd clothing that are loose and vibrant in hues. Normally they are mismatched as she insists on dressing herself. The battles her brother had over it were not worth the effort, so he lets her have her way.
