William Shakespeare Miller is a 21-year-old bartender who enjoys photography, watching sports and social card games. He is giving and energetic, but can also be very lazy and a bit boring.

He is American who defines himself as bisexual. He finished school and then left to work at the bar which was given to him. He is obsessed with his handlebar mustache.

Physically, Bill is in pretty good shape. He is tall with tan skin, brown hair and hazel eyes. He's not exceptionally handsome. It's hard to tell with the huge caterpillar on his lip though.  He wears his dark brown hair slicked back, and short.  He likes to wear nineteenth century clothing.

He grew up poor in Kentucky, then moved with his aunt Patricia and his cousin Katey to Blueberry when his aunt answered an ad to be a mailorder bride.

He is currently single.

Bills's best friend is a carpenter called Kade Poole. They get on well most of the time. He also hangs around with Alfie Beattie and Janice Reid. They enjoy upcycling together.
