Standing 5' 7" tall, this tan skinned woman has an intriguing feel about her.
She has a wide face, a hooked nose, and angled lips. Her light brown eyes are rounded and she has a smooth brow for one so old.

She has medium-long, dull, grey hair which is usually braided. She wears brightly colored headscarves over it.

It's somewhat difficult to decide whether Mabel is heavy or just thickly built. She usually wears old clothes that are mostly earth-coloured and poorly-fitting, and she wears no jewelry.  It may just be her clothing that makes her seem heavy.
