PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES

Description:
Cecilia stands a mere 5'2 and that's with her heels on so she's fairly short and petite for her age to say the least. She's also pretty slender and filled out in all the places a woman should be filled out. Cecilia also looks pretty young for her age and constantly has to prove that she's old enough to do and buy certain things cigarettes or alcohol. No that she smokes or anything like that. But she does occasionally like to enjoy the occasional glass of wine or cocktail at a bar or pub.
As for her looks in general, she has long dark brown hair and warm chocolate brown eyes. She also has small flower shaped birthmark located at the base of her neck. It can only ever be seen if she happens to be wearing her hair up for some reason.

The outer self
On the outside Cecilia comes off as someone who despite her calm and soft spoken nature is very reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to books of all sorts. Her photographic memory allows her to easily memorize and remember things normal people probably couldn't.

The inner self
On the inside though Cecilia is quite the sad and lonely soul. She constantly berates and belittles herself. So saying she lacks self esteem is an understatement.

FAMILY AND HISTORY

Cecilia came from a pretty typical native american family. She had two parents, two grandmothers and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Too many to count in fact. So needless to say she was well looked after as a child. But as she grew older, she began to grow apart from her family and before long she had followed a man who had promised her the moon and stars only to find out he was a liar and a cheat. She naturally left him and feeling too ashamed to ask her family for help wandered about from town to town doing odd jobs here and there. Before long though she found herself in Black Oak and well seemed to found steady work after being employed as the university's head librarian. Needless to say she's been here every since. Though it wasn't just the job that kept her there. There was something else holding her here. A draw of sorts but what that draw stemmed from, she wasn't quite sure.

MYSTERIES
Though she doesn't know or is aware of it yet, Cecilia has been to this place before in a past life. It is the reason why she knew the ins and outs of it so well despite her being relatively new to the area, having only been there a month or so. It is unclear to her still why she knows her way around. Her knowledge of the school was so great that she even knew where all the secret passageways were hidden at all over the school.

Psychic ability

Psychic Shield- The user is highly resistant to any/all mental intrusion, including psychic or empathic powers, Hypnosis, Mental Hallucination, deception, etc. Mind readers only “hear” static, while mind controllers are incapable of manipulating those shielded.
Downfall to this is that one users are only resistant, not immune.
And two it doesn't work against physical abilities or actual attacks.

Dark and dirty secrets
Don't know if this counts but Cecilia doesn't know she has the ability she does as she's never been in a situation where it was needed or activated to so speak. So needless to say at the moment she is completely in the dark about it.
