Description / Personality;
Lois tends to be a little unsure of herself and harbors much angst about her mutant ability (and the deeds she has done with it). Outwardly she is blessed with wealth and good looks, hiding her pain beneath a demure smile. She both craves freedom... and dreads getting it.
Skills;
Lois knows a thing or two about money and high society, but otherwise lacks a real profession. She knows a bit about subterfuge and medicine (thanks to her Father's 'errands').
Powers / abilities;
Lois's hands can emit a field that causes death to the living (ala heart attacks) and disintegration to inorganic matter. It is very quick, powerful, and frightening. However it is not infallible. Extraordinary material or objects may survive her disintegration, larger/thicker objects can take longer to break down, and special individuals may (painfully) survive her 'death touch' if they possess enhanced stamina or healing powers.
Brief History;
Lois grew up with a drunk father (Nick Brown) and a battered mother (Katherine). She and her mother changed names and went into hiding early on.... except on Earth 922, Lois was quickly reclaimed by her father and became his property once more. When her powers manifested during her teens (killing a vagrant who accosted her), 'daddy' protected her... and held that knowledge over her head, forcing Lois to stay loyal to him. Worse still, Nick decided that Lois had a gift that he could use. He made her kill for him... starting with a wealthy uncle and then graduating onto business rivals, ex lovers, and anybody else that Nick wanted 'gone'. Other times, Lois used her powers to destroy physical evidence or steal secrets on his orders. Nick achieved great wealth and the importance he had always dreamed of. Lois got a gilded cage. Many times she considered killing 'daddy', but he was very careful around her... and claimed to have a fail safe in case he should die. Lois didn't even know if she could find the courage to act, because a part of her did love him.... and who would look after her then?
