General Appearance:
Bubbles was a pretty little stuffed animal but her fashion designing child has added to her charms.  She's quite drawn on, which gives her the air of being a child's favorite toy, but also guarantees that she will never be a hand me down.  Bubbles is hyper to the point of making you dizzy, but she understands medicine and is handy with a needle.
