Lady Starshell is a determined paladin in the early stages of her career. She has piercing eyes and long, braided blue hair. She keeps her armour ludicrously polished, so that in daylight it can be difficult to look straight at her.

During her training, Lady Starshell becane enamored of a local blacksmith, Keen Occoquan. When he was captured and taken into Castle Braunstein, her mentor Catweazel The Fastidious realized she couldn't be disuaded from her mission, and that if he couldn't stop her he might as well accompany her.

A host of hostile beings assaulted the Castle and they fell back to a guard tower, where they encountered the rest of the party.
