 Hatter is a bit of an oddball when it comes to helping in the good fight. The young man is barely able to win a fist fight with normal people when push comes to shove. He tends to tinker with a few drones here and there and he seems to have a brain filled with the useless knowledge of fabrication and making things, and don't even get him started on 3d printing.

 That being said, it is clear that William is a powerful psychic. He has nearly maxed out the scale on memetic resistance and has proven he can dish it out as well. Though one would not know as other psychics and even the use of magic cannot pick him up at all. Only through technology was he found out.

 Outside of just looking like a normal nerdy guy the only real identifier for him is a blinded right eye. It still tracks with the other but he really cant see through it.

He does, however, have a hero costume that he wears. When asked why he picked it he only ever replies, "Ever play UnderTale? Gaster is rather interesting."
