Rico is the Underground Lounge's experienced, well-practiced bartender. A Latin-American, second-generation immigrant, his mixology skills are among the best in the area, and his warm demeanor keeps patrons feeling both interested and welcome in his space. He runs a tight shift, taking no bullshit and working his staff hard, but he treats everyone well.

Rico accepts no disrespect to his servers, staff, or to any of the girls. His coworkers all remember the time Rico broke a bottle over a rowdy patron's head before heel-kicking them out the door, and he insists on walking all the dancers to their cars every night when their shifts are done.
