The Reefer Man does not seem to like the nickname he's been saddled with.  Robert, his real name, has given up on getting folk to stop using it.  An uncommonly (for the starved Wastes of the West) large, obese man.  His skin seems somehow thicker and tougher than it should be.  He doesn't seem particularly comfortable in it.  Personally, he's friendly and soft spoken.

His truck is what earned him the nickname.  Its a working "reefer", refrigerated trailer.  At least half of it is.  His workshop half benefits by basically being air-conditioned.  His reefer allows him to manage to transport some truly rare items.  His repair skills are also in high demand.  The truck is generally called the "Ice Box".
